Today, I happened to tweak my Cline plugin’s API settings, switching the connection region from US-Central1 to Global. Whether it was this simple adjustment or the organization policy Gemini 3 forcibly disabled in my previous encounter, the connection finally succeeded.
The Gemini 3 interface is now live. Sometimes, the distance between restricted access and full capability is just a single configuration toggle.
